Home Dojo シリーズのビデオ、ほんと、分かりやすいです。前屈立ちの後ろの脚の力入れる所とかちょっとの違いで締まり具合が変わる!とか。後ろの脚を張ってて言われても今までイマイチしっくり来なかったんですけど、しっくり来ました🤩 また今まで卍受けの上段の方の受けでどこに力を入れれば良いかイマイチ分からず、ビシッと決まらなかったのですが、バッサイダイのビデオ見て「これか!」とやっていて感じられました♪🤩 ありがとうございます😆道着じゃ無くてスポーツウェアーのビデオがあるのも、身体の使い方が見やすくて👍です。菅沼順子 (ベルギー)

Thank you for the class today. I liked the drill with the book, and the idea of the chopsticks was great. While I never got to train with Hidetaka Nishiyama, I heard he used to tell people to pretend there was a shrimp under your arm, and you were holding onto it. :)
Sugiyama sensei, I only met a couple times before he passed. He had a lot of unique drills that he did with chairs, and socks with tennis balls in them, eltc. His students (many who are my instructors) enjoy keeping those drills alive. He would have loved the book drill, I'm certain. That was a good, intense workout. I like the grid on the floor too, which I think I need to implement here if my wife permits me. haha. Anyway, thank you again. It was a privaledge. Brian Jared (Chicago) |
