For anyone who wishes to improve mobility, posture and range of motion, these are the classes to join!
You do not have to be Karate practitioners to join. The exercises are not strenuous accommodate to general public. 30 min class on Sunday evenings are offered for small fee of $19 monthly fee.
If you are not available at the live class time, Don’t worry! Recorded videos will be sent out to you.
Please wear comfortable clothing.
Please follow the classes in your pace & capacity. If you are unfamiliar with stretching, please ensure your camera tone on, so Natsuko can keep her eyes on you!
