High Kick Stretching
For anyone who wishes to improve mobility, posture and range of motion, these are the classes to join!
You do not have to be Karate practitioners to join.
The exercises are not strenuous accommodate to general public.
30 min of 3 time a week classes are offered live and recordings.
If you are not available at the live class time, you can request the weekly links on the following Monday.
You will need a yoga mat and if you have, a spiky ball will be handy.
Please follow the classes in your pace & capacity. If you are unfamiliar with stretching, live class will be safer to start off with - as Natsuko can keep eyes on you!
Lesson Times ; Tuesday 7:30-8am (Morning), Tuesday 12pm-12:30pm (Lunch) and Sunday 6-6:30pm (Evening)
Every first Sunday will be closed for High Kick Kitchen class.
