The following Karate training, including warm-ups, stretching, Kihon basics and Kumite fighting drills are based on traditional Shotokan Karate teaching. Training exercises are designed to be practised at home and in small spaces to fit with our modern life style.
Home Dojo Videos contain a series of training that is designed for students with some Karate experience and is not suitable for someone who has never done Karate before. The program is suitable for students above 7 years and above.
